Stargate Atlantis watchers... What happened in the newest episode last week???? !

The episode started with McKay acting literally retarded!. Eventually, you discover that McKay has an alien parasite in his brain that's basically giving him Alzheimer's really fast, and it's too spread out to do surgery!. McKay's sister is running around Atlantis for some reason and Ronon tells her that there's a place that they can take McKay and he'll be himself for a day before dying!. The only catch is, it's on a Wraith-controlled planet!. Well, half the episode later, everyone packs up and heads off to the shrine, where McKay acts like his normal self again!. Then, him and his sister discover that the shrine is giving off an unusual form of radiation that causes the parasite to retract into itself and leave him alone!. Dr Keller agrees to do impromptu surgery, and the parasite comes out on its own once McKay's skull is open!. Shepard throws it onto the floor, Ronon shoots it with his gun, and everyone lives happily ever after (or at least until next Friday)!.

Shepard: Why'd you have to shoot it!? Couldn't you have just stepped on it!?
Ronon: But I wanted to shoot it!


Oh, and somewhere along the way we discover that Dr!. McKay's first name is really Meredith, but he goes by Rodney because as a kid he thought Meredith was too girly of a name!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
