Basically, Ollie is just mad because Dan went back on his deal and put Michelle up in place of Memphis (Memphis used the POV on himself)!. So far Ollie has been having a fit and breaking things in the house including a lighting pole, the giant lollipops and the keys with the houseguests names!. Do you think he has to pay for the stuff (especially the lamp)!?
