I think most 'normal' people would crack it open and have a toast - however - Rex cannot be classed as a normal person, lets face it, his face has not exactly been happy since Lisa got engaged has it!? Perhaps he is thinking that he should have done something a bit more dramatical when his floozy was in there to get more attention, rather than being the domineering whinger that he is!.
