What is this Lifetime TV Show called?!

Okay it was taken off the air maybe a couple years ago!? Up until 6 months ago they were showing re-runs!. It was my favorite show but i can't think of the name!. It has to do with a hospital!. One of the doctors was named Andy but she is an older doc, Then they had Dr!. Shane West, Dr!. Louisa Delgado!. Lou ran a clinic for poor people who couldn't afford to go to the hospital!.
