That episode played Friday night on one of my cable stations and it just so happens that I still have it on video tape!. I just watched the episode and I the girls say "oh aren't you adorable!. Are you in a fraternity little boy!?" Stewie replies not yet but I'm thinking about joining "I felta thigh"!. The voice sounded like the same as the actress that does the voice for Meg although the end credits mentions that the episode also contains the voices of Mary Kay Bergman, Rachael MacFarlane, Nicole Sullivan but does not mention what roll they played!.
