Question: Iron Chef America question!?!?!?!?
At the begining the one guy is holding up an orange pepper but then he takes a bite out of an apple!.!.!.!. i dont really understand why though lol

In the regular Iron Chef, the man used to hold up the orange pepper and take a bite out of it!. But for Iron Chef America, the guy holds up the pepper then bites the apple because it's not Iron Chef, but it's Iron Chef America!. Hope this makes sense to you, but if not, then here is another explaination!.!.!.
In the old Iron Chef, all the talking and commentary was in Chinese or Japanese!. In that one, the man used to bite the pepper!. But in Iron Chef America, the man is the nephew of the man from the old Iron Chef!. So the nephew takes the pepper (like a tribute to his uncle), but then bites an apple!.
