The family can understand the general emotion behind what Stewie says, but not exactly what he is saying!. For example, him threatening to kill Louis is perceived by her as him being cranky, fussy, angry!. this is why she will normally make a comment about his general mood, but not respond to what he says!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
