According to a lot of different websites and from spoilers that have been posted on here, the father is supposed to be Billy Abbott!.
Nowhere on have I read just how he knows Chloe and if he definitely is one that called her for a "booty call" awhile back, or just when it is that Billy is coming back to G!.C!. only that at some point he is!.
If I were one of the writers I would have Chloe accidentally mention his name in passing to someone who knows who Billy is, or have someone overhear a conversation that she is having with Billy on the phone (perhaps Jack or Jill) so that she would get caught in the fact that she knows him!.
That way someone may put two and two together and really start some drama with this story line that it so desperately needs, and Chloe would get finally get caught in her lies and end this silliness already!
Can't you just see Jill's eyebrows go up if she is the one that hears the conversation!?
She'd probably grab the phone out of Chloe's hand and demand that Billy come home pronto! LOL!

We don't know yet, but what I'm more confused about is why she was so sure that the DNA test results would come back favorable for her!. She didn't even break a sweat, and she certainly knew Cane was not the father!.
I wish we knew Chloe's background/motivations/history more, this storyline is sort of throwaway thus far!.!.!.

IT CAN'T BE CANES!. Chloe altered the sonogram of the baby that was taken before they were in the car that night she said she porked him!. Chloe is psycho and a stalker!. I wish the writers would finish this story line so Chloe can die of embarrassment and humiliation!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You haven't missed anything because the DNA report only said it could not exclude Cane as being the father not that he was the father!. So we have to wait for this to play out!. :~)Www@Enter-QA@Com
It is Billy Abbott, Cane's half brother!. He is a scoundrel!. she has been sleeping with him!. That is why the dnA says Cane is the Daddy!. He is coming back soon!. But after she and cane get married I guess!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
