No she is alive and well!. Even EastEnders wouldn't stoop so low as to really euthanise a dog on the show!.
She is actually named Kyte and is the third dog to play the part - following on from her grandmother and mother!.
Kye is a Belgian Shepherd Dog and a pedigree to boot!.

no he isn't!. they had to re shoot the whole scene after they had finished it because before it was aired, you could see wellards belly moving up and down as he was breathing when he was meant to be dead!!! lol =)Www@Enter-QA@Com
