Jimmy dies in season three buy suicide, and keith gets shot as well while everyone thinks its jimmy who killed keith it was actually dan!. derek came into play in season four, both dereks, psycho derek finally goes away for a few episodes until he shows up at peytons door on prom night and knocks her out!. her brother derek was also introduced in season four!. the bracelet if from a cracker jacks box!. nathan opened it while hayley was tutoring him behind lukes back and nathan said don't ever say i didn't give you anything and it has become something cherished between the two!. the annulment papers came across after hayley kissed chris keller and went on tour with him!. they were going to get an annulment but later nathan said they had two many good times together and that would mean they never gotten married so he said he looked into a divorce which would take a year to finalize!. but in that year they got on great terms again!. anymore questions just ask!. i hope i helped!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nathan and hayley were going to get an annulment because she left him to go on tour with Chris Keller, The Wreckers and Gavin DeGraw!.
