1)wait until youre like 18 or older
2)youll have to be pretty
3)youll have to be in shape
4)youll probably also have to be a little sIutty(no lie unless youre in one of those laguna beach or the hills shows and you are in one of their lives)
5)and you might have to be a little b!tchy too
put all that in the tape youll have to send or whatever you have to do so they call you

The link below is an article on how to apply for some of the most popular shows!. I don't think you can get on any at your age, unless you have an unusual talent!. Maybe you could try some programs on channels for kids and teens, like Disney or Nick!. Check on their web sites!.
