Are you talking about the scientific theory!? I think it makes a whole lot more sense than religious explanations of how the universe came to be!. If you are a religious fundamentalist, and your faith is strong enough, then get a copy of "Big Bang: The Origin of the Universe" by Simon Singh!. It does a great job of laying out the development of the theory, in terms that a layman can understand!. You don't need to be a physicist to follow it and learn the story!.
Of course, if your faith isn't strong enough to take the chance that you might change your mind, then don't read the book!. But then you'll know that your faith isn't as strong as you thought it was!.
