Yep - they are currently filming season 4 in Canada and it will start airing in the US on the CW on 18 September at 9:00 p!.m!.
If you're outside the US - new episodes are usually available to watch online pretty soon after airing on the CW!. I'm outside the US so I usually watch them on this site: http://search!.surfthechannel!.com/page/se!.!.!.
The first episode of season 4 is called 'Lazarus Rising' and at the Comic Con in San Diego last month - the first five minutes of the episode were shown!. You can watch the clip here: http://www!.surfthechannel!.com/info/telev!.!.!.
The quality is pretty crappy and there are some girls talking and screaming during the clip but it's still watchable - especially if you want to know what happens to Dean!.!.!.!.!.!.
