It's live in that it is not edited as massively as the evening catch up show!. However, there are delays between 10 - 20 minutes at any one time, to allow the bosses to cut out potentially libellous or slanderous material, or swearing etc!. For example, housemates might have some very string opinions on politics that, if broadcast, could lead to Channel 4 being sued, so they delete these things out!! There is a 15 minute delay so that they can cut out anything deemed too risky to be showed on TV!. Although I don't know what that would be because they show just about everything!. They also delay it so that they have time to cut out the sound i!.e (when you hear those annoying birds singing and aeroplanes flying overhead) Because the housemates are talking about friends, or relatives or things of an adult nature deemed unsuitable to be shown during the daytime!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
No, there is usually a 5 minute delay so that BB can edit out anything that needs to be confined, that is why you hear that annoying airplane sound, if there is anything that shouldn't be said then they blank it outWww@Enter-QA@Com
