Absolutely both!. Murder is murder no matter how many ways you can find to justify it!. It is the willful and deliberate act of ending the life of another person!.
But if you look at it from the "justification" angle, even though you're venturing into morally murky waters, he IS eliminating the impending threat of many MORE murders and crimes that his victims would have inflicted, given their know patterns of behavior!.
I mean, that's the whole point, isn't it!? Sort of like "The Boondock Saints"!.

Oooohh I think hero! It's not an old concept, the show anyway, but I do think hero!. If he were to kill them b/c his life were seriously in danger, they would call him a hero anyway!. He is doing service to the community, even tho it's not the best moral way to go about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
