I watched this show on Sci Fi a while ago!. It was about a priest that was excommunicated, was allowed to live on church grounds!. I think he was also a consultant for the police department!. He worked on cases that were supernatural or demonic!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think the show you're thinking of is 'Strange'!. It only ran for one season & Richard Coyle was the lead actor as this ex-priest called John Strange who investigated cases involving demons!. I liked the show but I don't think the viewing figures were high enough for it to get a second season!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
