I'm a Wilson/Cameron fan myself, but the sexual tension between her and House was so extreme I was shocked they didn't do anything!.

House is way wrong for Cameron - he'd break her heart!. He did her a favor by turning down her advances!. I think it's more interesting when characters DON'T sleep together!.
