Question: UK : Who cried their eyes out when Wellard was put to sleep on Eastenders last night!?

I was fine but then when the song started playing in the background i got a lump in my throat!.!.and then you saw the kids crying in the kitchen and then needle go in and wellards face as he fell asleep and bianca crying - the song in the background made it very moving!.!.
though as silly as this sounds i thought they might do like a thing of his life flashing before his eyes, like clips of him playing with robbie and gus and then with the kids and stuff!.!.!.but they didnt!.!.
But yes i hate to admit it i had tears streaming down my face!!
also i think if you have had to have a dog/cat put down and you have been there with them in their final moments ( when our dog was taken to the the vet to be put down as the needle was going in she turned her head and licked my mums nose as if to say thankyou cos she was old and in pain) then it would be even more emotional for you!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was actually talking on the phone when that was on, but glanced at the telly just as he was being out to sleep, and it just destroyed me! Then I looked over at my son, and the tears were streaming down his face, it was a very moving scene, and very well acted by all involved!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Here in Houston Texas USA we only get Eastenders on Public Broadcasting!.!.!.it runs about 2 years behind yours!.!.!.I am shocked and saddened to hear they put Wellard to sleep!.!.!.when I see it I am sure I will cry like a baby!.!.!.How did Robbie take it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
