I was watching the news and Dan Abrams said "Uncle Joey" when describing Dave Coulier from full house!. Contessa B!. corrected him saying No, he wasn't Uncle Joey, just Joey, Jesse was uncle Jesse!.

Actually, they're both right! Danny, Jesse and Joey went to school together and Danny grew up to marry Jesse's sister, Pam!. After Pam's death, Danny called upon his lifelong friends to help him raise his three girls!. Joey was given the honorary title of "Uncle Joey" even though he wasn't actually the girls' uncle!. "Uncle Jesse" however, was!.
