Question: Are you annoyed with the sound effects that seem to accompany every other TV commercial and show intro!?
The sound engineers have incorporated several new sound effects which are designed to exploit surround sound systems in people's living rooms!. The "swishes" and "swooshes" and obnoxious sounds might seem okay to the engineer producing his or her single product, but she or he doesn't seem to realize that every sound engineer is doing the same thing!. It is an "overkill of sound effects"!. It is as bad as all the commercial jingles that borrow from old rock classics!. Once in awhile wouldn't be so annoying, but everyone overuses these ear 'candy' techniques!. Do you know what I mean!? What say you!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

They're just so desperate they'll try anything to get our attention!. I mute most of the commercials, so it doesn't bother me!. The commercial that really gets my attention is for Karako - they give us 30 minutes of SILENCE! Great idea and much more effective than being annoying!.
