When there is no new information, Nick wants to call the FBI but Adam disagrees!. To appease everyone, Paul and J!.T!. ask for time to locate his cell phone!. Jack and Sharon are going over the sales figures for the latest issue of Restless Style, wondering what they will have to do to for the next issue to top this one!. Cane tells Jill that he and Lily are getting married and Jill tops his news by stating that she wants to appoint him the new head of Jabot Cosmetics!. Meanwhile, Neil notices that Adam is overstepping his bounds at home and at work!. Nick and Phyllis approach Brad about buying Jack's portion of Restless Style!. Later, Brad decides to turn down their offer, still confident that Jill will appoint him CEO of Jabot!. Heather holds a press conference to announce that Ji Min's murder has been solved and that David was responsible!. She also makes it known that David is suspected in Skye's murder!. As Jack and Sharon watch the press conference, Jack gets the idea to write their next sizzling expose on David!. Sharon reminds him that they will need Nikki's cooperation!. Paul tries to lift Nikki's spirits by suggesting she return to work but Nikki tells him that she is resigning and she doesn't want to fight Jill!. Cane swears to Neil that he isn't the father of Chloe's baby!. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Chloe starts to panic when she believes that she is losing the baby!. She makes sure to remind the doctor that the baby is a Chancellor!. Later, Amber arrives to support Chloe and Chloe tries to manipulate Amber into finding out where Cane is!. Nick brings Michael up to speed regarding Victor's disappearance and asserts that it is time to contact the F!.B!.I!. Later, Adam tries to prove to Nick that Victor wasn't kidnapped and he wouldn't want the F!.B!.I!. called because of the damage it could do to Newman Enterprises!. Nikki is about to take a drink as Victoria walks through the door!. Nikki hides the drink and then listens as Victoria continues to blame herself for Victor's disappearance and Sabrina's death!. Lily tells Cane that they will both go to the hospital to check on Chloe!. Neither Neil nor Cane like the idea but Lily feels for Chloe, even after everything she has done!. At the Ranch, Paul, J!.T!., Nick, Adam and Neil puzzle over Victor's disappearance!. Nick still wants to call in the FBI, and Adam is still against it!. Nick accuses him of only caring about the business when Victor could be lying injured somewhere!. Neil interrupts at that point to say that Victor put him in charge of Newman Enterprises right after Sabrina passed away!. Adam is taken aback!. Nick says if they have nothing new by the end of the day he's calling the authorities! Neil and Adam go over some files!. Adam wants to pursue a deal, but Neil asks him to hold off!. As Estella moves through the room, Adam stops her to ask about his dry-cleaning and to tell her to make a special meal for him and Heather tonight! Neil raises his brows! Just then, Lily calls and asks him to meet her later!. Neil agrees, but thinks back to what Jana told him about Chloe!. At Restless Style, Jack and Sharon go over the figures from the last issue of the magazine!. Jack is triumphant, but wonders how they'll top it!. They turn to their laptop and listen to Heather give a press conference about David Chow's crimes!. Sharon remarks, "Poor Nikki!." But Jack thinks it would make a great story for the next issue, "It would make the Sabrina article read like Mary Poppins!" Sharon protests that this concerns people they care about!. Jack says they wouldn't have to sensationalize it, but Sharon says Nick would be furious!. She suggests that they try to get Nikki's co-operation! Cane arrives in Jill's office at Jabot!. He jubilantly tells her that he proposed to Lily and she accepted! Jill then surprises him by telling him she would like to promote him - to the new CEO of Jabot! Cane looks at her like she's crazy, but says he thinks it's a wonderful idea, especially now that he's getting married!. He asks for time to prep for the position!. "I'm going to make you and Grandma proud!." Jill beams!. Nick meets Phyllis at Crimson Lights!. He admits that he got into it with Adam again!. Brad comes in and says he was intrigued by their call!. Nick tells Brad upfront that he is having trouble dealing with Jack as a partner - he would like to buy Jack out, but can't afford it!. Nick asks Brad if he would like to finance it and become a partner in Restless Style!. Brad smirks that he must really hate Jack to be coming to him!. Nick says the condition is that he and Phyllis would run the day-to-day!. Brad says he wouldn't do it unless he had a say in things!. He then declines the offer, saying he's embroiled in things at Jabot and can't deal with any outside interests right now!. Phyllis figures out that he is aiming to be CEO of Jabot!. Brad admits it before leaving!. Nick is bummed out!. Paul arrives to see Nikki, who tells him that if Victor doesn't want to be found - he won't be! Paul asks how she's doing, and she admits she is beating herself up about David!. Paul says she's not responsible for Sabrina's death!. He suggests that she go back to work!. Nikki says she has resigned!. Paul says the Nikki Reed he knows is a fighter!. She says she is tired of fighting!. Jack turns up on Nikki's doorstep next, much to her surprise!. Jack asks how she is, before launching into his idea on doing an article in Restless Style on David Chow!. Nikki goes ballistic!. He tells her they are doing this story with or without her, and thought she would like to tell her side of the story!. When he mentions Victor, she tells Jack that he is missing!. After Jack leaves, Nikki calls Nick, who is still at the coffee house with Phyllis!. She tells him what Jack is up to, and he says he didn't know about it!. After he hangs up he tells Phyllis he is going to kick Jack's butt! Down at the coffee house, J!.T!. and Paul discuss the possibility that Victor has been taken by someone related to Chow!. J!.T!. notes that Victor looked beaten the last time he saw him!. Just then, Paul takes a call saying that they have zeroed in on Victor's cell phone - in Genoa City!. Paul tells J!.T!., who recognizes the location as Sabrina's burial site!. Brad arrives at Jabot and is told that Jill is in with her son and can't be disturbed!. Just then, Cane leaves and Brad asks to speak with Jill!. Brad demands to know when he's going to be appointed CEO!. Jill won't commit, and he pressures her to put something in writing!. She refuses, only saying that when the time is right, he'll be well taken care of! Jill leaves, and Brad questions the secretary about what files she gave to Cane Ashby!. When she tells him that they were the company stock reports from the last three years, he figures out what is going on!. Brad pulls out his phone and says into it, "Jack!. Brad!. I need to see you!. Without Nick or Phyllis!." Lily reminisces about Cane's marriage proposal as Neil arrives at her house!. He comes in and says that last night he found out something that really bothered him!. "That your friend Chloe is pregnant with your soon to be husband's baby!" Just then, Cane bursts in and stops short!. Neil turns and asks him if it's true that Chloe is carrying his baby!. They tell him that Chloe is crazy, and Cane says he never slept with her!. Neil says that nevertheless, he will be relieved to see the DNA test!. Suddenly, Cane takes a call that Chloe is in the hospital - and put him down as her emergency contact! Heather arrives at the Ranch, and Adam says he has to tell her something, but swears her to secrecy!. "My father is missing!." They discuss the issue and he laments that everyone thinks he doesn't care about Victor because he is worried about business!. He says he lived with Victor and Sabrina and liked the way he treated her!. "He was a good man!." She offers to call the FBI, but he says he can't do that!. "We don't want a media circus!." He tells her that he thinks Victor just wanted some time alone!. He says that he just lost Hope and wouldn't want to see something happen to his father!. He insists that he has to look after Newman Enterprises - no one else will! Out at the burial site, Paul and J!.T!. keep dialing Victor's cell number until they realize the phone is under the mound of dirt on her grave!. Back at Restless Style, Jack tells Sharon that Nikki basically told him to drop dead!. Sharon says that she really can't blame her!. Jack says he can't let go of this story!. Sharon worries about what Victor will do, but Jack tells her he is missing!. Just then, Nick comes in and calls Jack an S!.O!.B!.! Phyllis asks what Chow has to do with fashion!?! Jack promises to protect his family, but Nick says it's not happening, even if he has to stand at the press and inspect every page coming off himself! Jack and Sharon leave, and J!.T!. comes in!. He fills them in on Victor's stuff being found!. Nick feels that it means he's not in his right mind!. Paul arrives at Nikki's house once more, and she asks him what is wrong!. He hold up a baggy and tells her they've found Victor's cell phone, wallet, and epilepsy medicine - buried underneath a few feet of dirt on top of Sabrina's burial plot! Nikki is shocked! He assures her that they are doing everything they can to find him, but Nikki feels responsible!. She begs Paul not to give up!. When Paul leaves, Nikki sees a photo of her and Victor on the table and tears up!. Jack and Sharon arrive at Crimson Lights!. Jack is groaning about being in the business of selling magazines - not coddling peoples' sensibilities!. Sharon says they'll just have to find a way around 'those two'!. Jack says that these days, that's half the fun! Just then, Brad comes in!. He notes that they did the story on Sabrina Newman - he's thinking that they might like to do a hot expose on Jill Abbott! Jack smiles, "We're listening!." Brad tells them that Jill knew about David's gambling before it went public, but sat on it as a means of forcing out David and Nikki from the company!. Jack is intrigued and wants to know more! At a seedy Mexican bar, Victor Newman sits doing shots of tequila!

Cane arrives to see Jill at Jabot!. He asks if she has seen Lily!. Jill realizes something is wrong and he explains that he is being accused of something he didn't do - he's in shock! When Jill asks if he is the father, he bangs his fist on the table, "NO!" She asks her to tell him the whole story!. He does, then says he's going to have to go talk to her!. Jill assures him that she's on his side!. Cane leaves and Brad comes into her office!. He asks about Cane but she totally blows him off! Lily sits down at the counter in Crimson Lights and confides in Colleen that according to the DNA results, it looks like Cane cheated on her and now has a baby to show for it! Lily asks Colleen how you can possibly ignore DNA results! At the Ranch, Adam shows up and Nick testily informs him that the FBI are there!. Adam still insists that if they had gone ahead with the press conference it would have given them control of the situation!. Nick rolls his eyes and says he's going to go find dad! Michael looks pointedly at Adam!. Nick raises the idea of putting up a reward for information, which Adam says will only bring out the crazies!. Adam tells Nick he made a mistake bringing the FBI in!. Nick tells him he doesn't have time to explain to him how this family works - he's busy trying to find dad! Michael asks Nick to come out the back with him!. Just as they leave the room, Nikki comes through the door!. Spotting Adam she says, "Oh there's the hot shot! What were you thinking!?!" He tells her to save it - he already got an earful from Nick!. He then says she's got a lot of nerve since it's all David Chow's fault and that's her responsibility! He tells her about Skye and that she was his college girlfriend! Nikki is stunned! Adam says David took her life because she played poker better than him! He tells her that Skye called him that night after the poker game at Brad Carlton's house!. Nikki perks up, "Brad Carlton!?" Adam assures her that Brad knew all about David's gambling and even encouraged it! "I hope they both burn in hell!" Nikki moves on and Heather turns up!. She tries to commiserate with what Adam is going through!. He thanks her for understanding!. "These Newmans think I'm a heartless jerk!" Heather says not to worry about them, after all, he's the one in the will and someday, all this (she indicates the Ranch) will be his! He hopes that's true - in the distant future!. They sit down on the sofa and start kissing passionately!. Adam tells her the feds have been banished to the guest wing!. "I want you!." Lauren turns up at Indigo and greets Neil!. She says Michael is meeting her, and Neil says he just spoke to him about the FBI being brought in!. He moves to the bar where Tyra apologizes for being a couple of minutes late!. He smiles and tells her to look under the bar!. She finds a gift and opens it to find a framed photo of the night Ana and Devon sang!. She says she feels bad that the singing led to Devon wanting to drop out of school!. Neil says that Ana and Tyra have brought a lot to Devon's life - and to his! Just then, Devon walks in and Chloe calls him over to fill him in on the DNA results! "Cane's the daddy!" She goes on to say she just got out of the hospital and asks him to get her some food!. Devon heads over to the bar and when he spots Neil, tells him that the DNA test proved Cane was the father of Chloe's baby! Michael comes in and sits down with Lauren!. She asks about his 'father' situation, and Michael says they have a few leads on Richard Gerick!. He used to be a math professor, until he was fired for sleeping with a student!. Someone from the school is going to forward a photo, but Michael says, realistically, he may never find him! Cane comes into Indigo and asks Chloe if she has seen Lily!. When she hangs up, Colleen notes that her father is a good guy!. Lily agrees, and says she thought Cane was too!Nikki hunts Brad down at Jabot and lays it all out!. "You knew David had a gambling problem and you were inviting him to poker games!?! Were you hoping to take advantage of the situation and force us both out of Jabot!?!" Brad smirks, "Hello to you too!" Brad says it was no big deal, and he didn't find out about his gambling addiction until recently!. Brad plays dumb, but Nikki says he always has an ulterior motive! Jill comes in and asks what she is doing there!. Nikki says she is talking to Brad!. She explains the situation and hisses at Jill that she heard she was in on it too! Jill denies having any part of it, but Nikki turns to Brad and warns him to be careful!. She's gone, but he's still not in the CEO position, and when Jill is done with him she'll get rid of him too! After handing in Victoria's resignation, she leaves!. Jill assures Brad that she has total confidence in him and she has his best interests at heart!. He plays along, then goes back to what he had been doing - looking at confidential files on David Chow!Chloe arrives at Crimson Lights where Colleen gives her a dressing down, calling her a witch and a loser, and telling her she feels so sorry for her baby!Devon goes to see Cane at home and tells him he never thought he was right for Lily, and his opinion of him now is even lower! Cane says his opinion of him couldn't be any worse than his opinion of himself right now! Cane maintains that he didn't sleep with Chloe, and Devon tells him he's in denial!. At Indigo, Neil tells Tyra about the DNA test results!. He expresses his opinion that Cane and Lily will not stay together through this!. Tyra asks what Lily is going to do!. She suggests that maybe Chloe will give up the baby for adoption!. Neil says Chloe doesn't seem like the mommy type, but she won't likely turn her back on a child with Chancellor blood! Michael and Lauren are preparing to leave, when he gets a cell phone message!. It's the picture of his father!. Lauren smiles, "So that's him!."Back at the Ranch, Nikki gazes at a picture of Victor for a moment, before taking out the sketch of Sabrina and sighing!. At the Ranch, Paul, J!.T!., Nick, Adam and Neil puzzle over Victor's disappearance!. Nick still wants to call in the FBI, and Adam is still against it!. Nick accuses him of only caring about the business when Victor could be lying injured somewhere!. Neil interrupts at that point to say that Victor put him in charge of Newman Enterprises right after Sabrina passed away!. Adam is taken aback!. Nick says if they have nothing new by the end of the day he's calling the authorities! Neil and Adam go over some files!. Adam wants to pursue a deal, but Neil asks him to hold off!. As Estella moves through the room, Adam stops her to ask about his dry-cleaning and to tell her to make a special meal for him and Heather tonight! Neil raises his brows! Just then, Lily calls and asks him to meet her later!. Neil agrees, but thinks back to what Jana told him about Chloe!. At Restless Style, Jack and Sharon go over the figures from the last issue of the magazine!. Jack is triumphant, but wonders how they'll top it!. They turn to their laptop and listen to Heather give a press conference about David Chow's crimes!. Sharon remarks, "Poor Nikki!." But Jack thinks it would make a great story for the next issue, "It would make the Sabrina article read like Mary Poppins!" Sharon protests that this concerns people they care about!. He then declines the offer, saying he's embroiled in things at Jabot and can't deal with any outside interests right now!. Phyllis figures out that he is aiming to be CEO of Jabot!. Brad admits it before leaving!. Nick is bummed out!. Paul arrives to see Nikki, who tells him that if Victor doesn't want to be found - he won't be! Paul asks how she's doing, and she admits she is beating herself up about David!. Paul says she's not responsible for Sabrina's death!. He suggests that she go back to work!. After Jack leaves, Nikki calls Nick, who is still at the coffee house with Phyllis!. She tells him what Jack is up to, and he says he didn't know about it!. After he hangs up he tells Phyllis he is going to kick Jack's butt! Down at the coffee house, J!.T!. and Paul discuss the possibility that Victor has been taken by someone related to Chow!. J!.T!. notes that Victor looked beaten the last time he saw him!. Just then, Paul takes a call saying that they have zeroed in on Victor's cell phone - in Genoa City!. Paul tells J!.T!., who recognizes the location as Sabrina's burial site!. Brad arrives at Jabot and is told that Jill is in with her son and can't be disturbed!. Just then, Cane leaves and Brad asks to speak with Jill!. Brad demands to know when he's going to be appointed CEO!. Jill won't commit, and he pressures her to put something in writing!. She refuses, only saying that when the time is right, he'll be well taken care of! Jill leaves, and Brad questions the secretary about what files she gave to Cane Ashby!. When she tells him that they were the company stock reports from the last three years, he figures out what is going on!. Brad pulls out his phone and says into it, "Jack!. Brad!. I need to see you!. Without Nick or Phyllis!." Lily reminisces about Cane's marriage proposal as Neil arrives at her house!. He comes in and says that last night he found out something that really bothered him!. "That your friend Chloe is pregnant with your soon to be husband's baby!" Just then, Cane bursts in and stops short!. Neil turns and asks him if it's true that Chloe is carrying his baby!. They tell him that Chloe is crazy, and Cane says he never slept with her!. Neil says that nevertheless, he will be relieved to see the DNA test!. Suddenly, Cane takes a call that Chloe is in the hospital - and put him down as her emergency contact! Heather arrives at the Ranch, and Adam says he has to tell her something, but swears her to secrecy!. "My father is missing!." They discuss the issue and he laments that everyone thinks he doesn't care about Victor because he is worried about business!. He says he lived with Victor and Sabrina and liked the way he treated her!. "He was a good man!." She offers to call the FBI, but he says he can't do that!. "We don't want a media circus!." He tells her that he thinks Victor just wanted some time alone!. He says that he just lost Hope and wouldn't want to see something happen to his father!. He insists that he has to look after Newman Enterprises - no one else will! Out at the burial site, Paul and J!.T!. keep dialing Victor's cell number until they realize the phone is under the mound of dirt on her grave!. Back at Restless Style, Jack tells Sharon that Nikki basically told him to drop dead!. Sharon says that she really can't blame her!. Jack says he can't let go of this story!. Sharon worries about what Victor will do, but Jack tells her he is missing!. Just then, Nick comes in and calls Jack an S!.O!.B!.! Phyllis asks what Chow has to do with fashion!?! Jack promises to protect his family, but Nick says it's not happening, even if he has to stand at the press and inspect every page coming off himself! Jack and Sharon leave, and J!.T!. comes in!. He fills them in on Victor's stuff being found!. Nick feels that it means he's not in his right mind!. Paul arrives at Nikki's house once more, and she asks him what is wrong!. He hold up a baggy and tells her they've found Victor's cell phone, wallet, and epilepsy medicine - buried underneath a few feet of dirt on top of Sabrina's burial plot! Nikki is shocked! He assures her that they are doing everything they can to find him, but Nikki feels responsible!. She begs Paul not to give up!. When Paul leaves, Nikki sees a photo of her and Victor on the table and tears up!. Jack and Sharon arrive at Crimson Lights!. Jack is groaning about being in the business of selling magazines - not coddling peoples' sensibilities!. Sharon says they'll just have to find a way around 'those two'!. Jack says that these days, that's half the fun! Just then, Brad comes in!. He notes that they did the story on Sabrina Newman - he's thinking that they might like to do a hot expose on Jill Abbott! Jack smiles, "We're listening!." Brad tells them that Jill knew about David's gambling before it went public, but sat on it as a means of forcing out David and Nikki from the company!. Jack is intrigued and wants to know more! At a seedy Mexican bar, Victor Newman sits doing shots of tequila!

Cane arrives to see Jill at Jabot!. He asks if she has seen Lily!. Jill realizes something is wrong and he explains that he is being accused of something he didn't do - he's in shock! When Jill asks if he is the father, he bangs his fist on the table, "NO!" She asks her to tell him the whole story!. He does, then says he's going to have to go talk to her!. Jill assures him that she's on his side!. Cane leaves and Brad comes into her office!. He asks about Cane but she totally blows him off! Lily sits down at the counter in Crimson Lights and confides in Colleen that according to the DNA results, it looks like Cane cheated on her and now has a baby to show for it! Lily asks Colleen how you can possibly ignore DNA results! At the Ranch, Adam shows up and Nick testily informs him that the FBI are there!. Adam still insists that if they had gone ahead with the press conference it would have given them control of the situation!. Nick rolls his eyes and says he's going to go find dad! Michael looks pointedly at Adam!. Nick raises the idea of putting up a reward for information, which Adam says will only bring out the crazies!. Adam tells Nick he made a mistake bringing the FBI in!. Nick tells him he doesn't have time to explain to him how this family works - he's busy trying to find dad! Michael asks Nick to come out the back with him!. Just as they leave the room, Nikki comes through the door!. Spotting Adam she says, "Oh there's the hot shot! What were you thinking!?!" He tells her to save it - he already got an earful from Nick!. He then says she's got a lot of nerve since it's all David Chow's fault and that's her responsibility! He tells her about Skye and that she was his college girlfriend! Nikki is stunned! Adam says David took her life because she played poker better than him! He tells her that Skye called him that night after the poker game at Brad Carlton's house!. Nikki perks up, "Brad Carlton!?" Adam assures her that Brad knew all about David's gambling and even encouraged it! "I hope they both burn in hell!" Nikki moves on and Heather turns up!. Heather says not to worry about them, after all, he's the one in the will and someday, all this (she indicates the Ranch) will be his! He hopes that's true - in the distant future!. They sit down on the sofa and start kissing passionately!. Adam tells her the feds have been banished to the guest wing!. "I want you!." Lauren turns up at Indigo and greets Neil!. She says Michael is meeting her, and Neil says he just spoke to him about the FBI being brought in!. He moves to the bar where Tyra apologizes for being a couple of minutes late!. He smiles and tells her to look under the bar!. She finds a gift and opens it to find a framed photo of the night Ana and Devon sang!. She says she feels bad that the singing led to Devon wanting to drop out of school!. Neil says that Ana and Tyra have brought a lot to Devon's life - and to his! Just then, Devon walks in and Chloe calls him over to fill him in on the DNA results! "Cane's the daddy!" She goes on to say she just got out of the hospital and asks him to get her some food!. Devon heads over to the bar and when he spots Neil, tells him that the DNA test proved Cane was the father of Chloe's baby! Michael comes in and sits down with Lauren!. She asks about his 'father' situation, and Michael says they have a few leads on Richard Gerick!. He used to be a math professor, until he was fired for sleeping with a student!. Someone from the school is going to forward a photo, but Michael says, realistically, he may never find him! Cane comes into Indigo and asks Chloe if she has seen Lily!. Neil interrupts and tells Cane to take a good look - his responsibility is sitting right there on the couch! Chloe heads out, but not before stopping to ask Michael if he'll advise her on her rights! Nick meets Phyllis for coffee and he promptly begins to complain about how much he hates Adam! He then catches himself, noting that he doesn't want to waste anymore time on him, suggesting they go home and see Summer, then make-out like teenagers!Still at Crimson Lights, Lily receives a phone call from Neil, who tells her that he now knows about the DNA results!. He asks if she wants him to come over, but she says she's fine!. Neil makes her promise to call if she needs to talk, and offers for her to move home if need be!. Jill denies having any part of it, but Nikki turns to Brad and warns him to be careful!. She's gone, but he's still not in the CEO position, and when Jill is done with him she'll get rid of him too! After handing in Victoria's resignation, she leaves!. Jill assures Brad that she has total confidence in him and she has his best interests at heart!. He plays along, then goes back to what he had been doing - looking at confidential files on David Chow!Chloe arrives at Crimson Lights where Colleen gives her a dressing down, calling her a witch and a loser, and telling her she feels so sorry for her baby!Devon goes to see Cane at home and tells him he never thought he was right for Lily, and his opinion of him now is even lower! Cane says his opinion of him couldn't be any worse than his opinion of himself right now! Cane maintains that he didn't sleep with Chloe, and Devon tells him he's in denial!.
