It's a pain in the butt, but you go to the website for the network that the show's on -- like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, whatever!. Then you find the page for that show -- Survivor, etc!. On the page, if you're checking at the right time of year, they'll probably list casting information!.
As far as I know, shows that air in the Fall do their casting in May and June!. Shows that air other times probably do their casting at other times!.
Los Angeles Craigslist also has casting calls for reality shows!. Actually, they're probably on Craigslist for lots of big cities, since some shows (like American Ido) do casting all across the US! But again, the timing is a big part of it!. They may only announce their casting information one month out of the year!.
