I know Sam, Dean's little brother is suppose to be the most important thing in Dean's life!.!.Well thats what everyone says anyway!.
So if this is true, do you guys think Dean would do ANYTHING for Sam like everyone says he would, even if it meant killing a innocent person for Sam to live !? I mean you can very well tell he loves him more then anything, he did sell his soul for him!.!.!. If he will do ANYTHING for him like everybody DOES say, then he would kill someone for him, choosing him to live over anybody, right!?

Hi, I just saw your other question on this subject and answered it but here I go again with a few more ideas ; )
In 'Born Under A Bad Sign' - Dean took a pretty big risk with Jo when Evil Sam was holding a knife to her throat!. Evil Sammy basically said that if Dean didn't shoot him, then he would kill Jo - but Dean still refused to harm his little brother!. It wouldn't have taken much for Evil Sam to swing around and stick the knife in Jo while Dean was hesitating so Jo was lucky that Dean was fast enough with the holy water!. Dean wouldn't have killed Jo but he was definitely thinking of Sam first when he found them!.
I don't think Dean would have hesitated before killing Duane Tanner or the Sergeant in 'Croatoan' if they had made a move to kill Sam as they were threatening to!. Dean told them that if they made a move on his brother they would be dead before they hit the floor and I'm certain he would have killed them if they had tried to shoot Sam - even though Duane was actually possessed, Dean didn't know that and I'm sure he would have killed him and the Sergeant!.
So along with the innocent guy possessed by the Yellow Eyed Demon's son in 'Devil's Trap' I reckon the evidence is there that if he had to, Dean would kill an innocent to save Sam as there's no one more important to him than his little brother!. He even sacrificed his own life for him - and not just sacrificed - he went to HELL for him! Poor Dean :*(Www@Enter-QA@Com
