Yes they are divorced!. They were both married to different people and both of their spouses died!. I think I read in a spoiler that Nikki and Paul are looking for Victor and Nikki tells them that they are looking for her husband hoping to get some information to find Victor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They are divorced, but what might be confusing you is that Nikki never changed her last name from Newman to Chow after she married David Chow, so people still call her Mrs!. Newman!.
And like Snoopy Rocks said, she and Paul are supposed to go looking for Victor soon and so people will tell them more about Victor than they would if they think she is no longer married to Victor, she pretends that her & Victor are still married!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I saw something too that said that Nikki and Victor were still actually married!. I am going to guess that there was some mix up with their divorce papers or something for this to be true!.
I am pretty sure it was on the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest on the cover, where I read this, but I dont have my new issue yet, I saw this one at Walmart!.

They're not married to each other, they are divorced!. After they divorced, Nikki married David Chow and Victor married Sabrina!. Now both David and Sabrina are dead!. Looks like Victor and Nikki will get back together sometime in the future!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
