I have some questions about season 9 of the X-Files?!
Question: I have some questions about season 9 of the X-Files!?
Well first off, I just started getting into X-Files not long ago and I feel like I've missed everything!. I don't want to see the 2nd movie until I feel I've caught up on the X-Files history!. I won't ask you to summarize all of the 9 seasons but if someone could please clarify these questions for me I would be so much less confused!.!.!.
Do Scully and Mulder get new partners!?
If not, whose that Doggett guy and some other brunette chick I saw!?
In the end, whose are the bad guys and who aren't!?
Does anyone die or leave!?
Do Scully and Mulder really have a baby!? If so, how did that happen and what episode(s) can I find it in!?
How does the series end!? Happy, sad, but please don't be too specific on this question because I do intend on watching the series finale soon to fully understand!.

At the end of season 7, Mulder is abducted by aliens!. John Doggett is assigned to find him, and ends up assigned as Scully's partner on the X-Files!. They do find Mulder, dead, in season eight, but he comes back to life with help of an alien virus that is trying to turn him into an alien!. Our heroes thwart the progress of the virus, and Mulder is back!.
We find out right after Mulder is abducted that Scully is pregnant, and though we never get verbal confirmation that the child is biologically Mulder's, he considers William to be his son!. Scully was not supposed to be able to have children, and since it is the X-Files we are never certain how exactly she gets pregnant!. There is much speculation in X-Phile land!.
Just after William is born, Mulder goes into hiding to get away from the evil powers that be; alien bounty hunters, conspiracy members, etc!. Dogget stays at the FBI and Monica Reyes, (the brunette chick), who helped find Mulder, is his new partner!. They work quite a bit with Scully who goes back to teaching at the FBI academy for season 9!.
If you are watching the finale, you should know a few things!. A few episodes before it, baby William is attacked!. He had shown superhuman powers like telekinesis, and the conspiracy keeps attacking and/or trying to kill him!. Scully is so frightened for his life that she places him with an adopted family!. We don't know who they are, but someone is raising Mulder and Scully's baby!.
The Lone Gunmen are dead!. CSM is probably dead!. Krychek is dead!. All the main characters are "good guys": Mulder, Scully, Doggett, Reyes, and Skinner!. Other things happen, but if you want to see the finale, I won't tell you!.
