I don't think it is talking about her being pregnant!. I think it means the life of an American teen in general!. Like in the show, alot of the kids are having sex and are so knowledgeable about sex/life, but it's kind on the down low!.!.!.alot of adults don't really think that they know all that stuff and that they are too young to do anything!.!.!.so it's kind of like a secret lifestyle or something!.
