Here is my beef about Jason's character!. He is smart, level-headed, and kind but also kicks butt when necessary but when it comes ot Carly, not so smart!. He knows her well enough to know that she will stick her nose where it doesn't belong despite his pleas that she doesn't but he tells her stuff anyway!. Why tell her about Karpov and Sonny!? He can't honestly believe she will stay out of it!. This happens every time with her!. I just don't get it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He's a classic enabler!. For years he's been putting up with and feeding into her crap, because it's easier than trying to change her!. His willing participation in the whole cycle makes him just as dysfunctional as she is!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think Jason was just so frustrated and worried about Sonny's behavior and he thought Carly is entitled to know that Sonny is getting back to his old ways which makes him a liability!. It wasn't Jason who prompted Carly to go stick her nose in Karpov's biz but Anthony Zacchara when he told her that he would unleash all hell on everyone in town!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Its good everyone needs someone to confide in that's his best friend! that's what shes there fore once agian i say it she tries to help it just goes bad! but she tries! So everyone needs to back off first everyone attacks Sam and now Carly you ppl just dont like good characters!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I know, it makes no sense and kinda ruins his character!. On the other hand maybe he is hoping she will do something stupid and get herself killed so he doesnt have to deal with her crap anymore!Www@Enter-QA@Com
