I'm thinking that she really didn't die, the doctors and Victor faked it and she's at some hospital recoverying and in hiding from his family!.
Rumors has it she's seen in Paris later on!. I'm hoping that the writers felt they made the wrong decision to kill her off b/c of how the viewers reacted to the whole killing her SL!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well i'm very curious to know this too!. I think Vic got on a bus at the Canadian border and will run away for a couple months!. He will blame it all on his children and the people that "weren't there" for him or Sabrina!. That will be the reason for the private burial also!. He will tell them none of them supported her or his relationship so he didn't want them there!. I see Paul and Nikki getting a little closer!. Eventually Nick will find Victor and there will be a big showdown, but they will make amends and become family once again!. Anyhoooo i'm not sure about the rest!.!.!.!.but the storyline is def!. out there for ANYTHING to happen!Www@Enter-QA@Com
My thought Victor is going to go insane with vengeance and getting even!. He will alienate everyone because he can and he is Victor Newman!. He will make everyones life a living hell that didnt except Sabrina!.
Nicki is going to go insane with guilt brought on by half the town (Victor,Adam,Jill, Etc!.) But Paul will be there to help her through it!.
Now I have read that alot of people think that Sabrina is still alive, I have no idea all I know is I hope Y&R once again doesnt pull a William Bardwell on us, with the whole you shouldnt of fired Ted Shackleford and now there is a TWIN!
Love Ted hated that stupid twin twist thing that was very very soapish!.
So if they do bring sabrina back I hope its one of those Victor took her to Paris to recover type things!. Even though that is very soapy too but a little more believable, I personally hope that they dont bring her back!.

I think maybe victor is going to south america or mexico and take care of business and then again who knows !?
