I won't comment on her ability as a parent because I don't think you should really judge that!.

I think she treats Jon very poorly!. He does the lion's share of the work around the house and all you hear from her on the couch is that he should ask her what he can do to make her life easier!. Let's see, what does he do around the house!? Gets the kids up and dressed, makes her coffee, gives them a bath and does the night time routine every day!. A pretty good chunk of work especially since his getting the kids up and dressed allows her to sleep in!.
But I digress!. I think that Kate needs to take a step back and stop treating Jon like one of her eight children!. And when she does that I'll have a more favorable view of her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm not too crazy about her, but I like Jon very much!. He's a saint to put up with her!. Yes, I know she has eight children, but my problem with her is how she treats Jon, not how she is as a mother!. I also
think that she sets a bad example for her kids by the way she behaves towards their father!. In fact, my guess is that's why Mady
is such a miserable child!. She's just like Kate!. But, I've also noticed that all of the little girls are pretty bold and the boys are a little on the
wimpy side - again, I think that's because they pattern themselves after their mother and believe that they can be bossy and abusive to the boys, as their mother is to their dad!. The best picture I got of Kate was an episode where they went back to the hospital where the sextuplets were born for some sort of festival!. Jon started dressing the kids in casual clothes but she screeched at him about how she wanted them dressed more nicely - and then she talked to the camera about how irritated she was that he just doesn't get it!. Well, they got to the festival, and there were opportunities for the kids to play and they got dirty!. Guess what!? She yelled at Jon for not reminding her that the kids might get dirty!. I feel bad for her because everyone's judging her parenting technique!. I just think that by being such a clean freak, she's trying to make her life as normal as possible (like how a mother of two might have more time to clean than her)!. Her being so controling, and Jon being so relaxed makes the show pretty funny actually, good for rating I guess!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Jon and Kate Plus 8 is a great show and I like watching it!. I think Kate is a good person but has OCD!. She just likes things very orderly and neat, but I can't blame her with all those kids running around the house!Www@Enter-QA@Com
