I don't think it's Big Brother related at all either!. I have the episode saved on my DVR and i slow motioned the banner several times!. It definitely says "Happy Birthday Keymell We love you" (using a heart for the word love) I agree the name sounds a bit odd, but looking at it frame by frame, thats the closest thing it looks like!.
PS - I thought Kendall at first too, but once I started frame by frame, you can see it clearly starts with KEYWww@Enter-QA@Com

My family and i tried to figure out the name and we thought it said Kendall but we are not sure!. Again they saw the back of the banner and it had nothing to do with Big Brother!.
