Question: GH!.!.!.Why does Claudia look so familar!?
Every time I see her I think how she would make a much better Carly and my sister swears she used to be Carly on the show!.She does look familar but I'm not sure from what!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

She originated the role of Carly, back in the 90's when the character was actually likable in a love-to-hate sort of way!. You're right, she *was* a much better Carly, but I don't fault Laura Wright for that as much as I fault the changes in writing for the character that have taken place in the intervening years!.
If you weren't watching GH back then, you might also recognized Sarah from her role in VR Troopers (that's how I got hooked on GH -- I recognized her as the actress who played the Trooper that shared my name; this was when I was in elementary school and didn't realize everyone and their dog was also named Caitlin)!. She's also done guest appearances in a few shows, including The Closer where she played a woman whose estranged husband was accused of killing her divorce attorney!.
She used to have lighter hair and a bit more meat on her bones, which might be why you can't quite place her!. I knew exactly who she was when she first appeared as Claudia, but even I didn't quite recognize her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, Sarah Brown who is now playing Claudia Zacchara originated the role of Carly Benson!. She was on General Hospital from April 8, 1996-April 23, 2001 before taking a seven year hiatus and returning on January 31, 2008!.
