I was going to post this before I saw today's episode and now, I'm sure that the bottle that he gave Eric had something in it that caused him to have the heart attack!.
And then he wouldn't let Donna drink from it and poured it out!.

there is something fishy going on with the whole Owen story line!.!.!. i didn't like him from the start!. I don't think there is a connection between Marcus and Owen besides the fact that Owen wants money from either Marcus or Donna!. here is what i thought!. like they said Owen has some kind of angle on this whole thing, can't wait to find out what it is!. he could be the one behind all of this!. i think for some reason Owen wants the company for himself maybe to sell it off and then he will have the money!. all he has to do is seduce Donna and have her tied around his finger, she practically takes all of Owen's not so good advice any ways!.

I think you are on to something!.!.!.!.I think Owen caused Eric's heart attack with whatever was in the liquor bottle!. I can't believe she would take his word over common sense that someone else was rifling thru her lingerie!.
