In real life, Jefferey Donovan is 40!. According to Burn Notice's time line, he should be at least 40, so it could work, assuming he creeps into 1988, the last year of the Soviet Union!. He would be then 20 in 1988, but highly unlikely he would have been a full-fledged op!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
