well first off, I want to say that I loved it!. The middle of it got a little boring for me, but the dramatic ending was great! but I have a question!. Who was the lady in the wedding dress at the end!? was that anything significant!? well, please answer my question, and tell me what you thought of the episode!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It sounds like you're talking about the season 2 finale - where the Daleks and the Cybermen were sucked into the void at the end & Rose got trapped on the parallel world!?!?!? Great episode & I agree, the ending was very dramatic - one of the best!
If so, then the lady in the wedding dress who appears in the TARDIS is Donna Noble!. She was in the Christmas Special episode which followed the season 2 finale and then she met the Doctor again at the beginning of season 4 and travelled with him through the rest of that season!. The scene in the TARDIS with Donna in her wedding dress is actually the very beginning of the next episode!.
The episode with Donna that followed the season two finale is called 'The Runaway Bride' - it was the Christmas episode from 2006!.
