Question: Carol Vorderman, Why don't they give her the countdown presenters job!?
Am I being too simplistic!?
It seems obvious to me, she has the viewers respect, has a real Mathematical brain and is now out of work due to a pay cut because of a drop in ratings!.
If they gve her the job and got some other brainy beauty in to do the additions I am sure that ratings would improve to justify her old salary!.

She would not be the right person to be in the presenter's chair!. She is well known for her mathematical abilities and would never be able to hold the position of presenter!. I think that Countdown is on it's last legs!. Too much farting around now will not pay dividends in the future!. We should remember the show for what it has been and move on!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I can't believe they were going to give her a 90% pay cut!? How much were they paying her to begin if they think they were overpaying her!? Des O'Conner is leaving also and she turned down the offer of being the presenter!.

Probably because in her opinion she would need paying more money!! She claims she wants a pay rise so god knows how much more she would demand if she presented the damn thing!.

I read in the paper (the sun I think so maybe thats not saying too much lol) that she was a favourite to get the presenting job!. also read that she quit because she didnt think she could "bond" with another co-presenter!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
