Question: Do you get bored when you watch someone lying in a coma on the show, or do you get emotional over it!?

also someone who answered one of my questoins brought a point, when a character is in a coma, does the actor take a paycut or what!? Cause the actor is just lying there and not saying any lines!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah I get bored especially when Victoria was in a Coma on Y&R I mean I think that would be an easy job for Ameila Heinle (Victoria) just lay there with your eyes closed and get paid for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm thinking most recently was Victoria on Y&R (which was like a year ago)!. I think Eric on B&B is currently in a coma, but I don't watch regularly enough to confirm that!.

Anyway, usually a character is in a 'coma' for RL personal reasons!. In Victoria's case, she was on 'maternity' leave!.

Usually, main stars don't take a pay cut, as they sign contracts for a number of appearances, not lines!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If the coma does not last for a long period, I enjoy watching it to see what happens, but if it lasts for a long time I get bored! For example Rosanna on ATWT, she must have had a million comas lol!. It was so boring to watch that play out, the only good thing was she was not able to talk(thank god)!.
