Again more of a scene, Jim spends the episode trying to renew an account that is 25% of his commission for the year- misses the call repeatedly due to "Diversity Day" finds out another salesman (presumably Ryan) has snaked it out from under him!. Pam however feel asleep on his shoulder for a few minutes in Michael's meeting!. Jim's speech to the camera with a grin " That was a great day!."Www@Enter-QA@Com
