Probably the one in season 5's finale, all the way through season mid season 6 about Rory dropping out of Yale and living with her grandparents!.
It was the worst in my opinion because Rory and Lor lost contact with each other for months!. They didn't speak to each other and they barely had any screen time together except occassionally(i!.e!. Rory doing community service while Lor drove by and watched her)!.
What was worse was that everyone really lost contact during these months!. Lorelai wasn't talking Emily or Richard!. Emily and Rory didn't really have a relationship after the living arrangements changed and Rory started spending more time with Logan!. It was all just really messed up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
