As it seems that Todd is being quiet creative about what really happened in Marty's past, who do you think he'll blame for Marty's rape!? John McBain!? Every bad thing Todd does he seems to be blaming on John McBain, so maybe!?

I don't think he'll blame John!. He'll say he was falsely accused and went to jail for the crime - just to play on her sympathy some more!. That's what I think!. I haven't read anything about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Since he is putting his own spin on Marty whole life it will probably be John or he could say that Patrick Thornhart raped her and it resulted in an unwanted pregnancy (Cole) and tell her that she gave him up for adoption because she hated what happened!. Who knows with Todd!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
