Amazon will let you pre-order it but they are obliged not to send it to you before the official release date!.
They might put it in the post to you a couple of days before 2nd September!. I pre-ordered a DVD from Amazon once and it arrived in the post on the actual official release date!.
There's a good price reduction on season 3 at Amazon compared with the stores!. I pre-ordered my copy there too and I can't wait to get it!! : )
