I think a lot of Elisabeth's problems are that she is socially inept!. She doesn't know how to "play nice" so to speak!.
I'm not saying that she should submit and not argue with anyone because the point of the show is that these women each has a different perspective and opinion, but she just doesn't know how to listen and she simply cannot accept that she could be wrong about something!.
