Cursing on saving grace?!

Question: Cursing on saving grace!?
I was on the computer and I had Bones on TNT and Saving Grace came on and grace was looking for her dog and she said **** twice why didn't the Fcc block it or anything!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
It says that it's rated TV-MA which is a good-enough reason for you to not watch it if you don't approve!. It only blocks on the most major channels, TNT not being one of them!. Especially that it's rated TV-MA!. If it was TV-PG or TV-G then it would block it out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

There's two relevant points here!. First, a federal court ruled last year that is not legal for the FCC to consider "fleeting" use of the f*** or s*** words as obscene!. What does fleeting mean!? Your guess is as good as mine!.

Second, and more relevant, cable tv stations do not fall under the jurisdiction of the FCC like broadcast stations do, so they can do just about whatever they want as far as language goes!. This was demonstrated most significantly by a South Park episode where they said s*** 162 times!. They actually had a running counter in the corner of the screen keeping track!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

And your question in English!?!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's cable and has a TV-MA rating!.

They can do whatever they want!. FCC only really controls network stations!.

What was the word!? It may not be 'offensive' if used in context!. **** doesn't indicate much, maybe a consonant or two!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
