In some twisted way, If it does turn out to be Cane's baby,
Chloe will milk him for all he's got!.
The only way I see this possible is:
If she wasn't really pregnant before the seduction and she miraculously got his thingy able to perform while he was passed out!.
OR
She may have gotten a hold of his love juice at a sperm bank he secretly donated to at one point in his life!. She could have self inseminated herself or had it done!.
It would be a far stretch to think possibly Chloe obtained an oral semniotic sample to impregnate herself with Cane's DNA!.
