You actually have a few good choices to do!.
At ABC!.com follow the links to the soaps and message board then click on live thread!. There while the soap is going on you will get people who are typing what is happening scene per scene!. You can always wait till the show is over and read the whole thing too!.
Then there is the ever popular You Tube stuff there is posted like all the time usually that evening or the next day!.
If you have SoapNet then you can catch "Todays episode tonight"
and of course there is always coming on the boards and asking around!.
