Ok, back in 1999 there was a show on Sky One on Monday nights at 10pm, after Voyager!. A cop had to find souls that had escaped from hell, and give 'em back to the Devil, and it had something to do with tatoos that he had on him!.!.!.!.!.!.I just can't remember the name of the show, and it's driving me nuts!
