It means that the show will start at 8:00 Eastern time and 7:00 Central time!. Central time is one hour behind Eastern, so the shows starts at the same time, but you can't just assume everyone would know enough to convert 8 to 7 central, so they tell you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
