She has that for the longest!. It is on purpose b/c theirs no other white hairs on her head!. I think that she loves the way it looks!. It doesnt look all that bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it's probably a birth mark!. A lot of people that have them on their scalp have a white or gray patch because that part of their scalp doesnt produce any color pigment!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
