As an African American woman I actually agree with Elizabeth(suprising)!. I think it's a stupid word no matter who says it!.

I agree with Elizabeth also!. I find that word offensive, and I'm Mexican!. I think that she is right that it will teach our children the racism that should be diminishing by now!. I really wish our society could get past this!. I can't stand how that word is thrown around, I even hear Mexicans say it in the "term of endearment way" and they just sound ridiculous!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
as a black woman i even find myself saying this word too and then i'm like well if someone else called me that then i would beat the crap out of them, although i can't stand EH i do agree that NO ONE should use it,but she does have a way of speaking a/b cultures she knows nothing a/b!. it's a cultural thing!. i'm not saying it's right but that's just how it is!. i mean i don't just throw the word out in general conversation,but i guess the same could be said when women call each other b!tches!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I don't understand how black people can justify that word!. And anyone that does try to justify it needs to be slapped!. You change the spelling and say "what's up my n*gga", its used as a greeting or a term of endearment!. BUT when a person of another race uses that word, (no matter how it's spelled) he/she is accused of being racist!. Thats a double standard!.

You're right!. It's a horrible word!. Whoopi has not right to make up the rules for black people!. Elisabeth is right about NO ONE should say the word!. Sheri was wrong too!. I'm mixed race, gypsy, and Jewish and I've been called plenty of names!. I don't like any kind of racist/religious name calling!. On the other hand, a white woman like EH has no business advising two black women on this matter!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
