hey the nannies have alot of experience some more than others so they pick the nannie who has the most experience thats best suited for each family!. One may have more experience in say a bigger family than another so they pick that one!. No this show is not fake and gay it helps out families in need of life style and life changing experiences that will help for the better in ones family!. It gives a family the second chance that they never would have had if the nannie didnt help them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
