Trevor Phillips is a man who uses his powerful political office to pursue his personal left wing agenda!.
I live in a village not dissimilar to Dibley where I rarely see a non-white person!. The production of children's television is already subjected to PC audit to ensure ethnic and minority over representation!. Phillips would have completely unrealistic TV produced to gratify his desire to destroy the indigenous culture of this, his host country!. Stereotypes are created because they are normally representative of the group being stereotyped!. Attempts to always represent the opposite of reality would be bizarre!.

Just saw it on the news!. Mr Phillips stated that the people that make tv programmes is still prodomantly white!. If other races aren't making films, I can't see how that can be blamed on anyone else!. If they did, I am sure they would get their chance to be aired, but if they aren't any programmes to show then it is pretty hard to show them!
